Established in 1995, Lin'an Yongsheng Plastic Chemical Factory, adheres to the way of the development of science and technology, besides, we build technical cooperation with national polymerization laboratory in Zhejiang University and polymer material faculty in Zhejiang University of Technology.
We introduce the world advanced equipment & technology and focus on refine R&D and production, and widespread application of processing ethoxylation antistatic agent and surfactant. Furthermore, with the establishment of product research and development center, we have independent product development and innovation capabilities.
Yongsheng Plastic Chemical introduced Ethoxylation device--- “PRESS” spray reactor in 2001, we adopt the most advanced international synthesis technology, with the professional development and production of ethoxylated amine series antistatic agent, along with ionic and non-ionic antistatic agent series products, varieties of 30 kinds and product purity reached 99%, besides, the quality reach the international similar level. In addition, it has been widely used in the field of BOPP, PP, PE, PA, ABS, PS, PVC, PU and other variety of polymer materials. It played significant role of reducing the surface resistance, to effectively control and eliminate the electrostatic action, and to prevent the dust absorption, electric shock, fire disaster, explosion and other hazards caused by electrostatic action as well.
After decades of business, development and technology accumulation, we have 4 sets of the international advanced pipe production device ---“PRESS” spray reactor, 2 production lines of granulation, 6 technical R&D personnel, 8 technical management staff, 6000 square meters of standard workshop, more than 15 million of fixed assets and 8000 tons of annual production capability. In addition, as the largest scale of domestic professional production enterprise which has already developed to including research, development and production as a whole and specialize in producing plastic antistatic agent.
We have passed ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification and ISO14001 environmental quality management system certification, the product has got SGS certification, RoHS test and completed the REACh pre-registration.
Up to now, we keep a long-term business relation with more than 500 plastic processing enterprises and scientific research units and the products have been exported to Southeast Asia, European and American countries.
